2. Description of Service

primehaul provides AI-powered removal quote generation software for UK removal companies. The Service allows your customers to submit quote requests via photos, which are analyzed by AI to generate inventory estimates and quotes.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at £99/month. A 30-day free trial is available for new users. Payment is processed monthly via credit card or bank transfer. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Use of AI Technology

Our AI provides estimates based on photo analysis. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes before they are sent to customers. primehaul is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated estimates.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not misuse or attempt to hack the Service
Review all AI-generated quotes before approving them
Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations
Maintain the security of your account

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All customer data submitted through your surveys is owned by you. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

primehaul retains all rights to the software, technology, and AI models. You retain ownership of your company data, branding, and customer information.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

10. Limitation of Liability

primehaul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
